“Beautiful apartments and fantastic host Maria! 10*”
Maria - Villa is a nice apartment and maisonetes complex, a few minutes walk from the sandy beach. Everything is clean and modern, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and if you miss enything Maria will provide you a.s.a.p.. Actually the biggest asset for the property is the Host, Maria! She is absolutely fantastic as a person and as host. Just to understand: one of us had a back problem and couldn't sleep well enought on the existing mattress. So Maria and her husbant drove 160 km (2 ways) to Thessaloniki and bought new topper mattresses! Thank you Maria! We do recommend it with all our hearts!

“The stay was very nice, host was amazing.”
The location was very good, we were travelling with kids, it was close to the beach (5 min walk), close to restaurants and to the city center, close to supermarkets and also close to the main access road. The apartment was big, all functional, very good towels and bed sheets. Big kitchen and big rooms.

I liked the stay at Villa Maria very much. Everything was so so clean, plenty space, comfortable. We were very welcomed, we are so grateful. Maria and her partner are exceptional hosts, so pleasant, helpful where to go and what to visit and much more, absolutely nothing negative to say. Thank you so much to both of you!

“Very nice place. If i come back in psakoudia i book this again”
The apartments are very close to the beach(3-4 minutes), the parking spots were enough so we found a spot even in the night, the kitchen has a washer machine, electric oven and induction stove and a fridge. The rooms were cleaned and the stuff offered to clean the apartment after 3 days and they even washed some dishes. The owner is very kind, she gave us a hand written paper with some places to visit in the area and gave us some good restaurant names.

We liked the rooms very much, were exactly the way we looked for. The host, miss Maria was the Best. She gave us very good recomandations of beaches, when to go to them, how to select them to have the quality time we wanted, where to eat. She was very open with any request that we had. One of the best holiday!

“The perfect place for perfect family vacation”
I would give more than 10 points if I could. Perfect place, very clean, 2 minutes to the beach. Maria and her husband had taken care of each small detail in the apartments. The apartments are wide, clean and comfortable. Free parking is a plus. We are planning to visit them again this year

“We spent wonderful time!!”
We had great vacation at Maria's house. The location is great, the beach is 200 m. - just in front of the house. The appartmets are spacious, very clean. They change the sleepwear every three days. Barbeque area is perfect, we were enormous company - 15 people and there was enough space to have dinner otside, in the yard. Maria is a perfect host!!! She was there all the time if we need her, but does not bother in any way. She made a map with all beautiful beaches near Psakudia and for 7 days we visit 8 beaches and we were very happy of that. Every beach has its own beauty. The car park is free of charge and there is enough space for all. Kitchen accessories were enough too. Air condition is in master bedroom only, but we had no problem , we left all doors open between the rooms during the day. We would stay longer and definately will visit next year as well!!!

Maria is a great host, the apartment (and the balcony) is big enough for a four member family.
