“Great house for families.”
The house has everything that you need, good equipment in kitchen, comfortable beds in bedrooms, nice bathroom with towels, fan, hot water, cleanness everywhere. Very large living room and terrace, everything worked, It's all as in the pictures. Quick communication with host via booking and viber, he arranged everything when we arrived, we got all the information that we needed. Psakoudia is a small place, at the beginning of Sithonia, we went to the surrounding beaches, so you need a car for that. House location is in calm street with the sea view but close to the main road and restaurants. 10 min easy walk to center. Massutis nearby (but you need a car). The house is front row to the sea but there is a significant distance to the actual sea, you need a car to get to the beach.

“Fantastic!”
The apartment is large, clean and very well equipped. There is a nice and cozy balcony to enjoy your coffee or drinks. One cat with three kittens kept us company which was a bonus. The owner is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! If you chose Halkidiki Luxurious Stonehouses for your vacation, you will be more than satisfied!

The house is stunning and at a great location. It's well equipped with everything you might need. The village has some great restaurants and we drove around to other beaches. The host was great, really quick to communicate and made our stay really easy and enjoyable. Would come back!

“Perfect”
It was such a nice house with 2 floors as exactly pictured and everything was provided as described. Host Vaggelis is very polite and friendly, we had welcome wine and goodbye gift from him. He is so quick to answer and give support. Psakoudia is a nice place with nice restaurants and markets, five minutes walk to the house.

1. Location - the beach is 5-7 min walk. The restaurants too. Nothing to obstruct the sea view from the terrace, although the house is not directly on the beach. 2. The interior - very nice equipped house with individual touch. Kitchen in excellent condition, equipped with everything you need for 4 persons. Coffee machine (dolce gusto nespresso capsules). Great variety of kitchen utensils. Kitchen is very clean. 3. Parking in front of the house. 4. It is a complex of stone houses, so your friends will be close. 5. Nice terrace with unobstructed sea view for morning coffee. 6. Two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) are doing fine job. 7. Very nice host, no problems with communication. 8. Nice quiet area, but close to everything - supermarkt, grocery store, bakery, even local shop for bio products
