We really enjoyed our holiday in Garlis apartment. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable accomodation, fully equipped kitchen, spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view, a few relaxations areas in maintained garden with old olive trees, bbq area with all necessary equipment for bbq. The big benefit is a distance to the beach, it is up to 100 meters from the apartment by underpass, so it is very easy, sort and safe walk to the sea.

Cozy appartment with a nice terrace and a huge garden with bbq and stairs direct to the sea. We will come back for sure. The owner was really kind and always willing to help.

Everything was perfect. The apartments are 1-2 minutes away from the beach which was perfect, sandy and not crowded. There is a tunnel under the road, so you don't need to cross the road. It's safe for the kids, so I let my 8 year old boy go by himself. The yard was great, perfectly maintained with grass so soft you can take a nap under the olive trees. There is also an amazing view of the sea from the terrace. Beds were comfortable. Everything was so clean.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was absolutely perfect—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless and well-maintained, just as described. It’s also in a great location, only a short walk to the beach through the tunnel, which made it super convenient. Highly recommended!

The best hospitality i have ever experienced, we didnt come with a car, so the owner offered to help us get groceries and whatever we may need. Everything is clean, beautiful and organized. I couldnt recommend this place more, its amazing.

We had a wonderful vacation at Garlis Apartment. Our host, Vasilis, welcomed us with a smile, Greek olives, and homemade olive oil. He also recommended some excellent local restaurants and bakeries. The beach is right outside the house—sandy, not too crowded, and perfect for kids. The yard is modern and aesthetically pleasing, ideal for relaxation, with a fantastic barbecue kitchen. When I had an issue with my car battery, Vasilis kindly went to his house to get cables and helped me start my car.

We had such a perfect little holiday staying at Garli apartments. The hosts were amazing, super friendly and helpful! The location was excellent, 2min walk to the beach with a couple of beach bars and sun loungers. Super markets close by, restaurants a very short drive away. Great BBQ area and very nice terrace to relax after a day at the beach. The apartment has every thing you need, comfy beds, aircon etc. We will definitely be back!!

Beach is 1 minute walk from apartman, beach looked like private beach, almost no people. Very large garden, with 'kitchen' and BBQ. Safe parking for car infront of apartman inside estate. 'City' Psakoudia is 2minutes by car. When we arrived, owner brought for us gifts (very good home olive oil and olives). Very nice owner, helped us with everything what we needed.

The owner Vasilis was waiting for my arrival in the evening. He contacted me every couple of days regarding the change of towels and cleaning of the appartment and gave me useful tips for the region. I very much enjoyed our converations on the veranda with a coffee in the hand and the afternoon sun on the horizon :)

Very clean and comfy apartment with a terrace. Thanks to a great garden with a BBQ corner it’s perfect for families or a stay with friends. The beach is very close. You just walk through underpass under the main road, which is connected directly with the garden and you are on it. The owner is very friendly, helpful and will give you many tips if you want related to restaurants or trips to other Chalkidiki locations. We really enjoyed our holidays there and felt relaxed.

Sea view. Intimate terrace even if there are 3 appartments. Warm welcome with cold water and homemade olive oil. The host speaks good English and is very friendly. Big garden, acces to the beach on foot, perfect for families.

The location is perfect, few steps from the beach and the apartment is clean and comfortable!The furnitures are new and the bathroom completely renovated!An excellent choice at a great price!

The beach is quite close, about 5 min walk, BUT it's on the other side of a main road with cars travelling at 90-120km/h The property has private parking. Unfortunately the trees are not providing shade almost at all, so the car will get HOT Air conditioning was available in ONE of the rooms, the other had to rely on keeping the door open
