Perfect location, center of city. Nice ,clean rooms, a lot of towels,bathrobes, coffee and tea in the kitchen.. We were with car - parking place easy to find in this city,, we have found in 50 meters from Host.

“Characterful loft in convenient location”
Friendly welcome only limited by lack of shared language! Loft apartment is wonderful, with great character and well equipped kitchen. A few basics were provided for breakfast, which was welcome, with plentiful hot drinks. It is a good size with separate areas for eating and watching TV. A generous supply of towels and a robe was provided. The apartment is very conveniently located near restaurants and a short walk to all the tourist sites. Note the steep staircase to the second floor, which wasn’t an issue for us, but may be for some.

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment and had a wonderful experience! The place was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. “Eclectic Apartment (mind the stairs!)”
This accommodation, unlike most others we stayed in on this trip, is in a family home where they live on the ground floor and the apartments are on the first and second floors. It's a bit like staying at a relative's house, which may suit some people better than others. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive. The loft apartment was not ideal for us because there were two flights of steep, winding stairs to haul up all our luggage and our not-so-young selves. (We should have looked at previous reviews more closely.) The apartment itself was spacious enough for the three of us, but one of the beds is in the sitting area adjacent to the steep stairs, which wouldn't be great for young children or sleepwalkers. The bathroom isn't a room at all, just an area with venetian blinds for a wall and a curtain for a door. If privacy is important to you, don't share this apartment with someone you don't know well. The eclectic decoration was quite homely -- not as grand as we had expected from the photos -- but the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including coffee, tea, milk, butter, jam, and other supplies. The location was great and our host found us a free parking place on the street.

The location is perfect. The appartement itself is decorated with beautiful antique furniture. It feels like you are traveling back in time. In the same street you can find the oldest French hostel, la Croix d'or, that provided food and drinks to the Kings and Queens traveling East from Paris. Jacqueline was very helpful and welcoming.

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The host couldn't speak English but it was not a problem at all as she spoke to us with enthusiasm and kindness and we made it work. The place was absolutely stunning and felt like something out of a period drama. The location was in a great spot, very central! The place has aircon but there are enough windows and breeze that we didn't need it in 30 degrees weather
