“A memorable weekend in Province Town.”
Short walk from Commercial Street, but nice and quiet so a good night sleep guaranteed. Ample parking if you come by car. Host Don was super friendly and welcoming. All in all we had a great time in Province Town and I would use the John Randall House again.

“Fantastic House and Host”
Beautiful House and Excellence Hosts. Great location, 5 mins walk to the pier and next to Commercial Street. Room 8 with ensuite was very comfortable, clean and well presented. Modern air conditioner unit which was fab. Continental breakfast was perfect. The host , Don was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely visit again

“A very comfy stay at John Randall House with great complimentary breakfast”
The property was easy to find and had parking spaces available. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and town centre and about the same time to the Pilgrims monument. The bed was very comfy The complimentary breakfast was excellent (cereal, bread, fruit toast, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, eggs (boiled) Coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available in reception 24hrs Don the host was delightful and helpful

“Gorgeous and glutton.”
The guesthouse is super clean, but, more than anything, it's gorgeous: we loved the décor! We also loved the fact that there was food all the time!! The breakfast is simple but diverse and abundant (we had yogurt, fresh bagels, cream cheese, cereal, cake, fruit, multiple options of milk...). We also had fruit, coffee, and yogurt multiple times throughout the day (which was left up for grabs in the kitchen). Facilities worked perfectly (AC, hot shower, etc.). The location was amazing: right next to the city center. They also had a bike rack to lock our bikes.

“Fabulous stay in P-town very close to all activities. Good value.”
Really nice guest house just off centre and really very close to all the bar’s & restaurants. The Provincetown brewery is right across the road and cycle renatal next door. The room was great & comfortable though there was a slight inconvenience in the mornings for the shared bathroom. Breakfast was ok rather than stunning but did the job.
