Relax in this adult-only Provincetown guesthouse and spa, which is located just half a mile from the beach. Carpe Diem Guesthouse & Spa boasts massage services and a daily homemade breakfast. “Blissful and luxurious”
What’s not to love! This property was beautiful. From immaculately clean and well presented bedrooms, through to the lovely spa facilities and relaxation areas. This place has it all. Not to mention the superb welcome and attention to detail from David when we arrived, and when he saw us around the property, always made us feel super welcome! Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

“Lovely hotel, great stay”
Amazing hotel, great location. Room was lovely. The outdoor areas with jacuzzi and indoor sauna were a lovely addition and didn't see any other guests using them. Would stay again

“Glorious Ptown Oasis”
Just stayed at the Ellery for my husband’s birthday. Couldn’t have been better. Such a gorgeous room, bathed in light. Comfortable bed and lovely decor. Really enjoyed the sauna and steam room and loved the communal areas, which were beautifully decorated and styled.. MarcAnthony was a wonderful host and we felt so looked after. Can’t wait to come back sometime.

“Beautiful boutique hotel with the comforting environment of a guest house.”
Location was perfect - easy access to Commercial Street and nearby bike rental (Provincetown Bike Rental). Loads of restaurants/bars/shops/galleries nearby. The rooms are nicely separated giving it a more secluded feeling. The bedroom was super spacious and the bathroom had a huge two person shower. The general manager Mark Anthony was a delight! So helpful and welcoming - gave us great tips for Race Point Beach and the Breakwater (both of which we highly recommend!) Wonderful amenities- hot tub/sauna/steam room.

The hotel is so cute, and the staff were really helpful and welcoming. MarcAnthony went above and beyond: came to find us to give us recommendations for breakfast and yoga, and was very responsive to questions by text.

Great location very close to the main high street, with all the bars, eatery's, shops etc. The hotel was beautiful and eclectically decorated. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. We saw no staff so cannot comment on them, they use an app for you to be able to access your room. This was a little confusing for us and didn't help that were had a UK mobile phone, which made contact a little difficult. But it all worked out in the end and we were able to access our room without any problems, although slightly strange not see anyone. Enjoyed our two night stay, rained the whole time but found a great piano bar (Tin Pan Alley) for both evenings, good staff, great music and good food.

“DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL ! ITS NOT WORTH MORE THAN $100 a day.”
Honestly, it was just the location that was reasonable, otherwise the hotel itself was way too expensive and very basic and extremely small rooms. No proper cleaning !
