The location is excellent, on the seafront within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of P-town but peaceful and quiet. The staff were lovely.

“Perfect stay for our short visit to P'Town”
The room was a bit on the small side for 3 people and a bit outdated. Could certainly do with a refresh. However, we had a lovely view over the beach so and the pool was great for my daughter.

“Good stay”
free breakfast , parking and Wifi greatly appreciated Fire pit (when it was working ) was nice to enjoy the beach is well equipped with loungechairs the beach towels offer was appreciated the fact that there was a restaurant next door (Fanizzi)was definitely a big plus, for lunch or dinner

“Absolute perfection”
Staff, resort, access to both beach and pool. Coffee in the morning! Yogurt and fresh fruit. All the little extra things that made such a difference.... bottle openers, pool towels, beach umbrellas, you name it... if I needed it, you guys had it. So appreciated.

Location was great!!! We stayed on water side and loved sitting out at night to enjoy the sunset. Having option of breakfast onsite was a bonus. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

“A lovely, relaxing stay in a fabulous location.”
Everything works well here from the carpark to the pool to the rooms and bathrooms. It is very well located and a very pretty spot. You can grab a light but satisfying breakfast if you need to and the bar is a nice addition. The rooms are classy rather than bling luxury. I loved the styling, very Cape Cod. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed a lovely view of the sea. It wasn’t cheap but Provincetown is a key holiday destination for wealthy Americans so to be expected. Bear in mind that you do see some interesting sights in Provincetown in the evenings! We had no problem with our children seeing gender/sexual diversity as they are a bit older and appreciated the freedom and confidence on display, (and everyone is friendly and charming and not at all rude) but some might find it a bit confusing; parents need to be be ready for the conversations some of the shop windows might lead to! That being said, the hotel is out of the main drag and quiet and peaceful as a result. The hotel staff were excellent. The carpark is a huge bonus as it costs a fortune to park in Provincetown (if you can find a free spot!)
