Overview
This oceanfront hotel is located on a private beach in scenic Provincetown and offers views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown Harbor. “The staff behind the desk were warm and comforting. As a guest...Means everything!”
original room had a bed that folds up into the wall. Was disappointed. Front desk took the time and effort to make me comfortable. I wound up staying an extra day! They was wonderful.

The atmosphere is like old school 1970s resort — very relaxed and good for kids who loved the pool and the views are lovely— even if it is a bit out of the way and very tired. That would have been fine. But it’s infested with bed bugs and the manager has yet to respond to my complaint

“For the price I would definitely stay somewhere else next time”
The view was amazing and the room was a decent size although we didn't understand the Murphy bed at all. And the furniture was not arranged appropriately.
