“A lovely stay in Provincetown that makes you feel like home!”
Stan and Josh’s place felt like home and they were extremely welcoming and helpful! Their place is lovely, beds are extremely comfy, breakfast is amazing, make sure you try Josh’s specials! My partner and I had a great time and we will definitely be returning to visit the neighborhood and spend our stay at Queen Vic!

Stan and Josh are the most welcoming host i have ever met on a B&B. From the beginning their help with access to the town & accomodation was extraordinary. I arrived late but accessing my room was no problem. Although i had booked the tiniest room in the house it was so very well organised that i did not miss a thing. Delicious breakfast was offered in quite some variation and having it on the balcony in the sunlight was the perfect start of the day. The property is situated on the main street but i was surprised how quite it was at night! I highly recommend this without any limitations!
