Very close to the town all the dining spots are nearby. Which is very convenient.

“Gigantic rip-off - DO NOT STAY HERE”

Our room was cleaned once during a 4 night stay, despite costing 300+ dollars per night The room was overall decrepit and lacked even the most basic upkeep: - cracks and holes / remnants of stickers etc on walls - cracked / uneven bed that leaned downwards towards headboard - broken and unattached flooring - mould and no fan in the shower - cracked shower flooring - bird poop all over the balcony that had not been cleaned in ages - huge gaps in floor heating vents, from which spiders and other bugs were coming and going - extremely loud and not very functional AC unit - no beach towels We did not meet the anyone but the staff at the front desk, but that was not a nice experience. We had to request a room change starting

Property was bang average for 1k a night - which i didn’t like. The only plus in staying at this property was Tyler the GM.

Location is the best thing about this place. On the positive side, many staff members were very nice and seemed like good people. The fridge in the room is a nice size, wifi was working well for us, and the ample parking was appreciated. As a history enthusiast, I really like the murals and the old P-Town charm that the place could have, if upkeep was brought up to a minimum...

Hotel located at the very end of the island, therefore quiet, with a magnificent view of the sea and the sunset. And close to very beautiful beaches.

Location and infrastructure are the best ones. Walking distance to all main Provincetown fun and attractions.

Location, room, and above everything it was Rossane who made our stay perfect. Rossane was such an amazing person to help us check in and help us with all the information. We arrived in off season so there were only a few cars around but it was pleasant to not be crowded. The room was by far the best room (Room 150) with views facing the sea with little beach at your doorstep and I mean literally 10 steps away. The room was a suite with a kitchen, living room, dining table, great bedroom, and bathroom. I mean everything was spotless and beautifully presented. We love this place and wish we stayed longer. I beg you do not listen to other negative reviews because you will miss out on a gem of a place. If you visit go to Liz's Cafe, they are a small cozy restaurant, and try the mussels with spaghetti, absolutely beautiful.
