The hotel is located in a besutiful area,. So many lobely shops galleries and restaurants in walking distance. Close to beach and wonderful nature. Very friendly staff and cosy rooms.

“Cape Cod visit”
A beautifully decorated hotel in a the heart of town. Parking was a huge bonus . Proud Mary's next door serves a lovely breakfast .

Really well located in the centre of Provincetown, 5 mins walk from the ferry. Brilliant price, very clean, very calm setting. Excellent bed, coffeemaker, and all mod cons including a terrific air-conditioner.

“Appalling and did I mention it was appalling.”
Nothing - there were no staff, no out of hours number to call, faulty plumbing, faulty air con unit, paper-thin walls, no coffee making facilities, fridge, restaurant or bar available. Terrible.
