“Clean, Cozy, and Worth the Walk”
My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The place was cozy, clean, and had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the stay feel even more special. While the resort isn’t right in the heart of downtown where all the action is, it’s not far either, about a 20-minute walk. I actually enjoyed the peaceful setting away from the bustle, and the walk into town was pleasant and easy. Overall, I had a great time and would absolutely recommend staying here. It’s a perfect spot if you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet place to relax, but still want to be within walking distance of everything Provincetown has to offer.

Nice facilities with a big pool and hot tub. The room was clean and had a full kitchen for cooking, if needed. The rooms are also really cute and have the cape cod charm.

Really good value with off-season rates. Very cosy and comfortable stay. Arrived quite late, and did not meet staff, but communication was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped so would suit well also for a longer stay.
