Unexpected complimentary breakfast close to the port with easy access to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry . Nice little sitting area outside of the room.

Facilities: the pool/ seating area was well maintained, the rooms were well equipped and comfortable, the included breakfast was welcome there was fruit, boiled eggs, yoghurt , juice, cereal, muffins, coffee/ tea .. Every member of staff was very friendly and welcoming. We thought it would be an ok place to stay, but the reality exceeded our expectations. It was lovely, we'd happily come back.

Staff were fantastic. Pool is heated. Breakfast is a lovely touch even if it’s a limited selection. Bed is so comfortable.

Good sized room and bathroom. Liked the bed and pillows: had a very comfortable sleep. Friendly staff. Easy walk into town - about a mile. Breakfast had decent variety and plentiful. Easy parking.

We really enjoyed the time spent there, the breakfast was simple but very good and perfectly fine for a good start (some of the best muffins I ever had). The manager is really friendly and gave us great suggestions for our stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff who knew the area, directed us to the bits we wanted to see and advised us of a fab place to eat, where we could park for free. Rooms were spacious and clean with lovely comfy beds. Toiletries & coffee machine provided. Will return for sure one summer.

The hotel is conveniently located a short distance (by car, but also on foot) from the center of Provincetown, with its marina, one of the most beautiful and pleasant areas to visit. The room was nice and a good size. Parking in front of the room was very convenient. Overall, a great experience.
