Enjoy our waterfront location on Cape Cod Bay in Provincetown’s East End. Our newly renovated rooms overlook Provincetown Harbor and Long Point Lighthouse, and we are right in front of the famed Provincetown tidal flats. Our Cape Chic rooms were fully renovated in 2019 and offer clean, modern and comfortable accommodations. “Comfortable hotel in a stunning location!”
Room was comfortblable and there was attention to detail with the theme throughout. Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Tea/coffee machine was a nice addition. Beautiful location directly facing the water! Hotel provided clear instructions for late check in.

“A place of calm”
A really nice room with lots of space to unwind. Very welcoming staff who explained lots and also helped make a decision about somewhere to eat that evening. If I come back to Cape Cod I would look to stay here again.

“A perfect place to stay in the fabulous P-town!!”
Location was fantastic. There is a free bus into town just outside the hotel. The rooms are modern uncomfortable, especially the beds.

“Lovely boutique hotel right on the water”
What a lovely hotel this is! It is clear that the owner has put a huge amount of effort into creating a welcoming, homely experience. Little touches everywhere show the effort and thought that has gone into the decor and ambience. The setting is great - right on the water with beachfront seating available. every room has welcoming loungers outside, and the breakfast was very welcome. the owner is charming and friendly.

“Amazing views comfortable stay”
The views are amazing with the ocean right in front of our room! Very comfortable bedroom with two large beds. Staff was very nice. Hotel was 20-25min walking from the center
