Love the guesthouse feel to this property, especially now the proprietor has this and no 8 Dyer Road. Very quickly you got to meet the owner Steve and his team of Shane, Greg and Polly. The breakfasts were delicious with a great spread of items and flavours. Our room was no 7 top floor and this gave us ample room to sunbathe and relax at our own pace.

“Fabulous”
This was a wonderful place to stay. The host Daniel was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. He was informative about the area and personally saw us to our room and explained all the features. Breakfast was lovely and the Inn was in an ideal location. Daniel personally drove us to the ferry when we departed to save us either have to carry our luggage through the town or go to the expense of taking a taxi. Cannot recommend the Benchmark enough. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Daniel the co-owner goes out of his way to ensure that his guests have a pleasant stay in Ptown. We received many tips and recommendations. The rooms were immaculately clean and well designed. The breakfast consisted of great quality products and the coffee from the Swiss Jura coffee machine was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!
