“Home - far away from home.”
Definitely value for money. We got new home far away from home. Excellent and fast internet, so you can work even during vacation is needed. Centrally located, so 10-15 minutes access by car to any place. Personal roadway, you can park the car in front of the door. Well equipped and modern kitchen, very clean. You can also rent for free bicycle, local beach is in walk distance or using bicycle. All trash you can collect outside gate in separate bin. Small terrace available, you can enjoy dinner outside. Very well recommended.

“Great place in a nice and quiet area”
We spent five nights in StoneSide Villa. The communication with the owners was easy and prompt. They messaged us after our first night to see how we were going and were always friendly when we saw them. it would be advised to hire a car as it is a little bit remote from the main attractions. The only downside would be the water pressure in the bathroom sink and the room wasn’t overly cold even with the aircon on. In order for the fan to be on the lights had to be on so the fan turned off overnight besides this we had a great day and we definitely recommend to stay here.

“perfect spot for relaxing in T&C”
the hosts have been amazing, went the extra mile and brought us an amazing breakfast on christmas day; the kindness and hospitality have been over the top! we had comfy lounge chairs outside in the garden, bikes and a kayak free of charge to explore the surrounding area and the canal going to the seaside; great place for snorkeling, we have seen turtles and plenty of corals and fishes; supermarkets nearby, fish fry parade is a few minutes by car, close to the airport and grace bay; we had an amazing time here. the property has a garden with a closed gate, it’s super safe and far enough from the road to be quiet. kitchen is well equipped, tv with netflix etc; the closest beach is in 5 minutes walking distance

Only 5 stars does not do justice to this villa. Because it is a new host on booking I was a bit skeptic in the beginning but I took the risk and it was all worth it. The house and the facilities are brand new and the location is just minutes walk from the nearest beach. By car in 10min you can reach any beach in the island. The host (Kerriann) is super friendly and she was reaching us by WhatsApp giving us helpful tips, and a warm welcome. I have been in so many places around the world in the lastest years but this level of service is really unmatched. We loved everything about our stay and if I go back to Turks and Caicos I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks a lot for making our holiday so special
