Danny and his wife are incredible hosts. Every day they make a different breakfast with local ingredients and it's delicious. They are very attentive — whenever we had a question, we would message them on WhatsApp and they would reply quickly. The location is great, close to the center and not too far from Almond Bay.

The owners are incredibly hospitable, friendly and helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. They made our stay very comfortable and worry free. Breakfast was something different every day, we were able to use a kitchen, we rented a scooter with them, we were able to do some laundry, and they called us a taxi when heading back to the airport. The room itself was everything you need it to be, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. You can just ask for it to be cleaned any day. We also had a balcony with seats, hammocks and a view of the bay.

My boyfriend and I planned to stay for a few days, but ended up staying for three weeks. Danny and his family are such warm and loving people. We felt at home from the very beginning. The accommodation is very clean and the breakfast is also very good. Danny is very creative with breakfast, and we looked forward to it every morning. I highly recommend this accommodation. If you visit Providencia, I highly recommend staying at Posada Aleeny. The family that runs the place is very welcoming, making you feel like part of a big family. The location is perfect, as you can reach anywhere on the island quickly. The room I stayed in had excellent air conditioning, which was great for cooling down after a long day at the beach. The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced while traveling through Colombia. The breakfast included in the price was really nice, and I would definitely recommend it. Overall, if you have any questions or need anything, the hosts are always happy to help. My stay was incredible, and I will definitely come back one day. I can only recommend it 10/10!

Everything was great value from money! keep in mind you ll need to rent a scooter anywhere you ll stay in the islands to move around and to go eat out in different places. My fav places to eat were Donde Martin , Cafe studio and Divino niño , live music at the reggae bars Thursday and Friday night at playa Manzanillo. Take a boat tour around the island and go snorkeling at crab cay! Go scuba diving with sharks with Felipe in Freshwater bay, incredible experience ! Go hike the peak early in the morning!!

Best stay in Colombia! Great host, so kind and lovely! Rented a scooter to me. Best AC on this trip, comfy bed, netflix on tv, good size. Great wifi. If you go to Providencia this is the place to be! Everything was just perfect!

“Lovely homestay, great location and family”

Lovely homestay with the best family! Michelle and Danny go out of their way to help with recommendations, let us use their kitchen and welcomed us as if we were part of their family. Can only say good things and recommend everyone to stay. They also have a new puppy called Hulk who I fell in love with and is the cutest, this would be enough to sway me to stay without all the other amazing things! Good value for money, powerful aircon, property in a good location to explore and you can also rent a moped for exploring directly from Danny too for $90k a day and they provide both Beach and bath towels which helped with packing. They also did a delicious breakfast for us for a small price each day. Would definitely stay again if we return one day!

Everything, very nice accomodation and shower. Nice place to stay

Probably the best stay we had during our 2 weeks trip around Colombja. The Hosts are SO welcoming and nice. they’re so polite and always smiling. The Room was spacious, bright and super clean. The bathroom was huge! Has a nice patio area with a couple chairs where you can enjoy the view of the surroundings. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and everybody is friendly. The hosts had motorbikes to rent and they helped us arrange an half day trip to Cayo Cangrejo. they make sure you enjoy every minute of your stay. Location is perfect as it’s halfway between Almod beach (SO nice) and the town center, very convenient. We honestly didnt want to leave.. Thank you for your incredible hospitality!

Michelle and Danny run this lovely and welcoming posada. they have rebuilt to such a high standard with great attention to detail, after the hurricane devastated the island. The rooms are immaculately clean and very comfortable with great air con. the bathroom is great too- the shower is huge! there is good Wi-Fi, the location is ideal and they will help you with scooter or mule rental, which you will need to fully access this beautiful island. for a very reasonable price they also provide a great breakfast. Highly recommend you stay here and visit this lovely family.

“It makes you feel like home and the hosts make the experience even better!”

First of all, the hosts are loving and gentle, and they speak both Spanish and English, which makes is easier! The first day we arrived, we were feeling a bit sick and they helped us a lot with what to eat and all the stuff to make us feel better. The rooms are very comfortable and we love the attention they gave to each detail of the decoration, we felt like home! The balcony where you have breakfast has a nice view of the sea as well as a bit of Morgan’s Head and overall it is amazing!

“Great little find on Providencia”

Great little find on Providencia. The hosts are really helpful, they helped us hire a scooter (which you will need for getting round the island) and booked us a snorkelling trip which was amazing! The room was really nice, very clean and they did us a lovely breakfast on the terrace for a small cost. The island is a real paradise, very quiet and relaxing.

Very clean, nice location and the woman very helpful. It had a nice balcony too.
