Time window for check in is only 1h from 15:00 -16:00 and that is not mentioned in booking details, when you make reservation you get the msg from owner that if you are not suitable with their conditions you can cancel reservation. I'ts semi fraud, because for business related trips its only waste of time, they should state clearly such strict and wierd rules for staying in the property.
