“A wonderful experience”
My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location ideal, the room was spacious, and the bed super comfy. The restaurant had delicious food and we received a discount for being a guest at the hotel. We also took advantage of the beach loungers with drink and food service. All in all a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again.

“The quiet vacation I wanted”
Both the staff from the hotel and the restaurant were very gentle. The view from the room was incredible, the food at the hotel restaurant was great, we got to try many new dishes. The service at reception was outstanding. Also the beach is really peaceful and the place is pretty quiet in general which make it great if you're looking for spend some quiet time and relax. The hotel also has many contacts for different types of services such as gym, yoga, massages, etc., which is a great plus.

Amazing view from our room. Not the biggest of rooms but well appointed, loved the beach towels in a wicker basket! Excellent restaurant and worth eating at. Staff all very attentive and helpful. Beach club area very nice, and service good here as well.

Excellent location, beautiful view of the beach from the rooftop pool. Located right on the Malecon, the rooms were quiet, not a lot of loud music at night. Our room was on the first floor, so we did not have to climb stairs, (only if we went up to the rooftop pool.) The Junior Suite was very spacious and clean. The Staff was very helpful with TV/Internet issues. A very beautiful spot! Some staff spoke English which was very helpful.

Lots of parking on site. Very accommodating staff. Our original room was very noisy due to construction across the street. They were able to move us to the other side of the building. This was very much appreciated! The on-site restaurant was excellent. The portions were huge.

Beautiful view of the beach and nice rooftop area with a small pool that overlooked the ocean and promenade. It was a good place to come back to after the beach for a little quiet time. The restaurant was fantastic - very good service and quality of the food was delicious. Room was clean, had everything we needed, including A/C! Would definitely stay here again.
