Villa Manni offered a truly special experience. It's a charming, peaceful, and secluded haven with a beautiful garden, pool, and stunning views of Ischia. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting us with transportation to the harbor as well as offering a delicious breakfast. While a taxi, car, scooter, or bike is recommended for easy access to beaches and restaurants, we absolutely loved the tranquility and privacy of the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and are very grateful for the warm hospitality and not at least the delicious homemade limoncello from the huge garden lemons that was brought to our terrace accompanied with kisses on the cheeks!

Villla manni is amazing! The best place to book when you are in procida! The property itself is well taken care of. It is beautiful- tranquil, peaceful, amazing views. True relaxation. The hosts- marco and marisa are great hosts- marco is very passionate about hosting and gives you tips about the island and makes you feel at home immediately. He was also very responsive whenever i messaged him. Before my arrival he contacted me himself to give me very useful info about how to get to the property which i highly appreciated. Marisa, is so warm and sweet- and she prepares an amazing breakfast... they made us feel so welcome... Marco and marisa give their guests so much attention. Highly recommended... will be back! :)

Villa Manni was the perfect location for us - Marco and his mother Marrisa were incredible hosts and the villa is in probably the most beautiful part of the island; every morning we had breakfast over looking the sea. The whole villa was beautiful - the pool, room and garden, and the famous bruschetta really is as good as all the reviews say! We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a very chilled, peaceful place to stay.

“The most wonderful hosts in the most beautiful setting”

The property itself is absolutely beautiful but also welcoming and very homely! Our favourite thing (aside from our hosts) about Villa Manni was the pool and the location with easy routes into surrounding areas. Marco and Marisa were exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful and really made our stay so special. From local recommendations to assisting us with tours, restaurants and getting around the island - they really had thought of everything. Our room was comfortable, nicely decorated and air conditioned. We had a delicious breakfast on the terrace every morning whilst overlooking the sea and really could not have asked for anything more of our stay! We cannot wait to return to Procida and Villa Manni and would recommend to anyone visiting the island to stay here! Thank you both!

“5-stars experience in an authentic Italian villa with incredible swimming pool and stunning views.”

This place is magical. I travel a lot and usually I don’t have problems with writing reviews but I can’t find proper words to describe this experience. It was like a full immersion in nature, beautiful views, calmness. This place is so special- offers 5star hotel experience but you have all your privacy and authentic experience. We were supposed to stay there for two nights and we extended it for whole our stay in Italy. I always dreamed of having an Italian family and I found it in Procida. We felt part of Manni family, Marco and his Mamma were so good to us and our little Laura. It was such a privilege to be able to spend some time with them, learn about the island and the villa. We are already planning when we could come back!

What a fabulous spot with super hosts. The view as you walk through into the gardens was just stunning. The Italian welcome from Marco and his mum Marissa was so lovely. The pool area was amazing and the views towards Capri and Ischia blew us away. Our room was charming and so peaceful. Communication from Marco was excellent from start to finish. Grazia

“Magical location with beautiful gardens, pool area and endless sea view”

The most incredible location overlooking the ocean in a secluded location with a beautifully manicured garden. The self-contained villa has a lovely private terrace. With very few rooms (around 8 pax in total) always a luxurious sense of privacy.

Perfection! We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was so lovely, incredibly helpful with providing information about the island, recommending restaurants etc. Marco couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable & that we had everything we needed. Breakfast each day was delicious, the location was stunning, the most incredible views and we felt so relaxed and welcome throughout our stay here. The island itself is beautiful, we were happy walking or using the local buses to get around but a scooter or electric bike would make getting around much quicker, especially as the island is quite hilly! Would 100% recommend!

This place is paradise. It is peaceful with breathtaking views and the most amazing hosts who have made our holiday here one we will always remember. Villa Manni is exceptional. Marco has been so helpful and his communication is outstanding. Marissa has provided incredible food and hospitality. We are very sad to leave.

Marco and his Mother are very lovely people! We really enjoyed our stayed, they both made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Marco took the time to explain what to do on the island, giving us recommendations of places to visit and how to move around it to take the best out of the island. Very helpful! Also the property is AMAZING!!! With an outstanding view to the sea and a marvelous swimming pool. If I come back to Procida I’ll definitely stay again here! Marco’s mother also cooked delicious croissants and breakfast for us, she was definitely the best :) Very happy with the experience!
