“Ok for budget stay or backpackers”

Not clean or comfortable and in poor repair. The bed smelled heavily of mould. We bought air fresheners and left early The wall crumbling and plaster on the floor. An old broken pillow. Badly in need of maintenance inside and out. The photos do not represent the property. The owner has said we never stayed if I did a bad review but we definitely did. It has been very lovely in the past but is very rundown now. Not far to the main area but a bit steep going back up. There is a supermarket not far away but not much in the way of amenities. Ok for backpackers and budget travellers. Our only disappointment in 5 months in Italy and only negative review so we are not super fussy people.

“Romantic authentic!”

We were greated by a romantic garden full of hidden places to escape the heat, some friendly cats and a host that not only built the rooms over the years with an impressive set of craftmensskills but a also great Taste, full of good Tipps where to go or to eat. Ours was a lovely room with a bathroom and bed big enough for a young family of three. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Every room comes with its own sunny terrace towards the beautyfull garden that sourrounds the whole building. We were also presented a small and delicious breakfast to our room.

The property was completely unsuitable we did not stay very disappointed

“Peaceful apartment hotel in Procida”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Giving us great advice about were to eat locally. There is complementary coffee and juice brought to your terrace each morning which made a great start to the day.

“Nice location and welcoming hosts”

I was warmly welcomed and even allowed a late-check out without additional costs. It was easy to walk everywhere and take a bus if needed. The garden is beautiful and it has a nice rooftop terrace for relaxation.

Friendly family run hotel. Lovely shady gardens. The rooftop terrace at sunset was lovely. Good value for money.

Very clean. Quiet location. Nice coffee and pastry when checking out. Friendly reception and garden guide.

Awesome spot, 25 minutes walk from the port but far from the effervescence of the city centre. Great place to rest, incredible terrace. Great point of view just next to the residence. Alberto is really helpful!

The host was extremely nice and everything was perfect during our stay. We 100% recommend staying here if you want to visit Procida

“Peaceful & Peaceful Stay”

The gardens are fantastic, so lovely to sit out and eat breakfast in a quiet area. Breakfast was served quickly and it was enjoyable. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, also helpful with tips on local points of interest. Our room was spacious and very quiet. The closest sandy beach is a 10-15 minute walk and wasn't very busy. Overall a really pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend and return!!

“An amazing stay”

The hotel looked amazing and was just as accommodating. The amenities were all in excellent working condition. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. If I am ever back in Procida, I know where I am staying!

“Excellent hosts and a very nice property”

Alberto is very friendly, helps with whatever info is needed (on how to check-in arriving after the closure of reception, advices about visiting the must see part of the island, where to leave baggage nearby the port, buses..) and also offered a good espresso & I got bus tickets too. Thanks for everything. :))

Both Goffredo and Giavani were very welcoming. It was a wonderful family hotel in the true Italian way. We had constant advice and help with all things. Geffredo ordered our pizza, arranged our taxi, offered to drive us to the best restaurant, and even phoned the pharmacy when we lost our glasses. It's a wonderful island with everything Italian you could want and first class hospitality.
