20 out of 10 — and I mean every point of it. The Apartments The space is everything you could wish for: spotlessly clean, beautifully modern, wonderfully cool even in the summer heat, and thought through to the smallest detail. Every corner feels cozy and intentional. Out of all the places we stayed during our Italian trip, it was here — on the quiet island of Procida — that I finally felt the true Italian spirit. No rush, no chaos, just life lived beautifully. The Host — Kristian Kristian is in a category of his own. Before our arrival, he sent detailed, step-by-step directions from the port — a 7-minute walk that felt completely stress-free because of how well he prepared us. He met us personally at the entrance, walked us through the apartment, and then took us up to the rooftop terrace for a wonderful mini-tour: where to eat, what to see, where to shop, hidden local gems. It felt less like a check-in and more like being welcomed by a friend. Above and Beyond When we asked to extend our stay by one extra day, Kristian not only kept the original price (even though those dates were typically more expensive) — he also upgraded us to a higher-category apartment with its own kitchen. We enjoyed that extra day even more than the first ones. This kind of generosity and genuine care for guests is simply rare. Verdict If you are traveling to Procida, stop searching. Book Khristian's apartments. The comfort, the location, the cleanliness, the host — everything is flawless. This is the gold standard of what a short-term rental should be, and I will absolutely be back. Highly, wholeheartedly recommended. 10/10 — no, make that 20/10.

Fantastic views from the terraces. There were 2 in the apartment and a further communal one on the roof of the building. Kristian met us on the walk up from the port which was really helpful, the apartment would have been a little difficult to find otherwise even with the instructions.

“Nice place to stay close to the port”
It's new, clean, and quiet because a bit away from the road. And close to the port. I appreciated the informations sent by the owner by WhatsApp before I arrive. And when I arrived I was welcomed by the son of the owner who gave me all the explanations and advices about Procida. All was perfect.

“Great location and wonderful host!”
Perfect location to explore the island. Giacomo the host is the best host you can think of, providing tips for restaurants, beautiful locations etc. We randomly met him one day on the island and he kindly drove us to the most beautiful look-out spot on the island. Cant recommend DC House and Giacomo as a host enough.

The host was very helpful and Our stay was comfortable and very nice! The apartment is well designed. Our room has and AC and an upper terrace (much appreciated!) great for chilling at night! The shower has a good pressure. We had a good time there! Definitely recommended :)

“Delightful, modern, and convenient”
I was so pleasantly suprised by how lovely this B&B was - from the awesome palm leaf wallpaper to the spacious, well-appointed bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were light and new. The location is right in front of a bus stop and also just a few minutes from the port, so very convenient. Giacomo was very helpful in giving recommendations on what to do and where to go. The WiFi was perfect and the water pressure was great in the shower.

I loved how clean and nice it was. It was well decorated and had everything I needed. It was a very comfortable stay and in a prime location!
