“If you want to be comfortable, you can easily choose this option.”
I really felt like I was staying in a hotel. The room was very clean. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The location was excellent. It was right next to the old town, our room felt like it was practically within easy reach.

“Delivers what it promises”
Very close to everything in Prizren center. The taxis to the bus station were not so expensive, I paid 3.2€. It was clean and matches the pictures. It is possible to pay online, which I always prefer. There was a small fridge, TV and plenty of towels. WiFi worked well. There were sockets near the bed. The owner helped out with the bags going up the stairs.

“Complete disaster”
No one contacted us to inform us there was no tap water (any water at all). When we reached the reception , the bartender told us there was no water in the tubes and he didn't know if there will be any anytime soon. I asked for free cancellation and the bartender called the manager who said absolutely nothing. We left quite disappointed as there was no communication and no answers. This happens at 20.00h. After I sent a request for free cancellation, the hotel lied booking that we didn't show up and no mention of the lack of water. The manager behaviour in messages was rude and completely lacking understanding. And if you are with car, forget it -no place to park. There are plenty of other places in the city that didn't require prepayment.

“Highly recommend, immaculately clean, great loxa”
Immaculately clean. Friendly team. Good room facilities, appreciated the balcony. Location in the old town (about a 20 minute walk from the bus station) with all the sights in walking distance, also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Small grocery shops nearby.

“Very nice place”
The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The walk-in shower is amazing. The bed was comfortable and came with a duvet. Walking distance from the city centre. Access to the building required a code. My phone ran out of battery, but luckily there was a patio where I could charge it, along with clear Wi-Fi details provided.

“Happy with my stay”
I only stayed one night, but am very satisfied and can really recommend. Nice welcome from the owners. Small but clean and modern room. Lovely balcony with a nice view to the church. Quiet but close to everything. About 15 min to walk to main bus station.
