Was nothing compared what we sow on website carpet was dirty duvet cover was ripped off jacuzzi never work I make officially complying I never have the response I right 2 time they never reply was very bad 👎 experience

This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The room was dirty, the toilet did not work, the mattress was dirty, the bed linen was very used, the price was inadequate, the breakfast was very poor in the very cold place. We only had juice and sat in our jackets. The room was changed after our reklamacion ,It was no better. The only thing that was nice was the location, but the view from the window was of a dirty yard!
