“It was a luxury hotel, but still some errors that runs a trip: tv not working, not having soundproof”
I liked the SPA, the bed was very comfortable, cleanliness. The breakfast was also good. So, very valued for the money. I paid 70EUR for two people, with spa and breakfast included, which was great. I liked also the lobby, corners, restaurant design, sofas, the smell etc., so the infrastructure of the hotel was behind my expetetacions, very luxury.

“Superb stay in Prizren”
We have had an excellent time at the Premium Park Hotel. The facilities are superb, with clean and well maintained pool area, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The rooms are really spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms Breakfast is served in continental buffet style with nice selection of food All staff are very friendly and super helpful The hotel is within walking distance to the old town & offers on site free parking Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

“High class hotel with amazing restaurant!”
Best hotel in Prizren! Me and my fiancé really enjoyed the stay at Premium Park. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the blonde lady! The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The SPA was amazing. And the food was very very delicious. Compliments to the chef. We will be back soon 😊

They informed me that the room I booked was not available and there was no other option. Apparently reservations dont count anymore, and will suggest everyone to have their options because you cannot rely on this hotel. They lost me as a customer.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the city center. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
