“Disappointed”
Disappointing experience. There was no place for me to store luggage for a couple of hours after checking out. Hotel staff behind the reception refused to keep my luggage at reception

“Perfect hotel.”
Very well situated in the city centre of Prizren, the hotel is easy to find, and has the highest standard of quality. The rooms are perfect, spotlessly clean, the staff is very professional and caring. Nothing more to say, book with confidence.

“Great stay”
The hotel is in a perfect location on the old square with resturants, bar and shops. Everything including the fortress are all walking distance although it is very steep up to the fortress. The room was new, comfortable and very clean. The reception staff where very helpful, welcoming and lucky for us spoke great english. Breakfast is at a bistro next door with a few options and was very good. If you go to Prizren the Nam is the place to stay.

“Ideal location”
Great location right in the centre of old Prizren and in walking distance of the bus station and everywhere we wanted to visit. Big comfortable room and nice bathroom. Included a tasty breakfast from the cafe downstairs.
