“A beautiful, modern spacious apartment”
The apartment was perfect. Even bigger than the pictures, modern and clean. There are balcony’s on both sides and the back has a lovely view of the mountains. Roni was very responsive when I had a query on parking (you can park anywhere in the car park front) and overall a great experience!

“Clean, comfortable, aesthetically-designed modern flat in a newly developed neighbourhood of Prizren”
The flat was super clean, tidy and aesthetically designed. There were sweet details in decoration, lighting, furniture selections. East direction gives a plenty of sunshine to the bedroom, while you catch sunset at the living room with west facade. The location is a newly developed part of Prizren, not very central as a location. But the apartment has many facilities around, like a bakery, a restaurant, a café, a pharmacy...etc. We were with a rental car, so quite a good location for us. You don't need to drive to the city, it may take 20-25 minutes, but not super comfortable and enjoyable for pedestrians. Not a dislike but a short note: We arrived at the apartment and we did not have the outdoor key, but we were informed about how to enter the flat within the apartment. We asked somebody to open the outdoor of the apartment for us. Roni can give this detail in his emails for a better communication. But in general Roni and his flat was great. He always asked us if we need anything else.

“Peaceful in Prizren”
The location was good as we were able to get a taxi into the Old Town easily. The apartment was beautiful and the views were amazing. It was all new and had everything we needed.
