“Good bank for buck”
Location is great, parking is included (altough we had trouble finding the location since google maps is a bit dodgey in Kosovo and it led us to the back of the hotel instead of the front). Hosts were polite but communication was a bit rough since their English wasn't anything to write home about.

“Very good location and great value, but bedding needs improvement”
Veey good location, right in the heart of the Old Town. Bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and clothing stores are all just a few minutes' walk away. The Staff was nice and accommodating. There is convenient free parking located in the short alleyway leading to the hotel. Overall, the stay offered excellent value for the price.

Room is spacious, comfortable double beds and well designed showers with much space. Location is near main street, restaurant, shops and bus station ect all walking distance. There a small cafe machine out front but cafe and bakeries are near by too.

“Our lovely visit to Prizren.”
The host was very kind and welcoming. He stayed late to welcome us and show us to the property. The room was really clean and the bed very comfortable. Prizren is a lovely place to visit and we are so happy we went there. Our host brought us to the bus station on the morning we left which was really kind of him. He’s a great host and answers every query really promptly.

Excellent location, in the center of the city, tucked away from the main street. Parking provided in front of the accommodation in a side street, do not leave your car in a busy place.

Unprofessional staff who don't have much of an idea on how to run a hotel. Refused to put bedsheets/linen for us when they didn't give us the initially requested 2x single beds, making us do it ourselves. Coffee machine didn't work and there was a blackout 1 out of 2 nights of our stay. There's no complimentary water. Choose elsewhere to stay.
