“Stunning views and such a comfy bed!”

This was a great place to be based for a few nights in Prizren! We loved the views, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast overlooking the city was very special.

Very nice place, and the hotel was perfectly fine. What I can say is that it’s located very close to the city center, but getting there by car was definitely not easy—we drove around for about 30 minutes before finding it. It’s situated slightly uphill toward the center, which is probably why it was a bit difficult to access. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and received great service. I recommend asking for a room with a city view—it’s absolutely beautiful, especially at night. However, when we went to sleep, there was quite a lot of barking from stray dogs in the streets, which was a bit disturbing. Aside from these two things, the hotel was nice and the service was very good.

Very nice place to stay and breakfast with a superb view over the city. Staff were very friendly, Tyfon (I hope I typed his name ok!) is very kind and welcoming, make us feel at home all the time.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Castello! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the center of Prizren, making it so easy to walk to the Old Stone Bridge and the fortress. My room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prizren.

A very quiet and relaxing place! Although the staff was limited during this period, we lacked nothing: the young man on duty was extremely kind, helpful, and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, cozy, and well heated, creating a comfortable atmosphere even during the colder hours. The view from the window was truly beautiful. The bed and linens were of first-class quality. The water pressure was good, and the shower was pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast was simple but well organized, offering everything needed to start the day; the coffee was delicious, exactly as described on Booking. Bathroom amenities were available and promptly replenished when needed, showing great attention to guests. Street parking next to the hotel proved to be convenient and easily accessible. Considering the city’s standards, the price was fair and in line with the quality of the stay. Overall, a very positive experience that we gladly recommend!

The view it was good and amazing with sinan basha mosque and the mountains , it’s 14 minutes to the castle and to the restaurant and coffee shop 8 minutes walk

“Beautiful views, but what a climb up to the hotel.”

The View of the Sinan Pasha Mosque and the town centre is worth the climb up to the hotel. It is run by a team of young men who try very hard and usually manage to get things right. The hotel is high enough and far enough above and away from the centre that you are not bothered by noise.

Best hotel in town! We had an incredible stay. The staff even upgraded us to a better room than the one we booked, with a stunning view of the Sinan Pasha Mosque and the whole city of Prizren. Endrit and the team were incredibly attentive to our comfort and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was also good, with a beautiful view to enjoy while dining. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Prizren.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful view of the mosque. The room was large and bright. The hotel restaurant offers a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is located on a hill, but it is not accessible by taxi as it is a private area. However, we were lucky enough to find a taxi that took us directly to the hotel.
