Sabunike is a charming and peaceful tourist destination, ideal for those seeking a quiet, restorative holiday — and the same can be said for Villa Casa Mia. Even before we arrived, we were well informed about what to expect, how to reach the property and how to settle in. From the moment we got there, we received a warm welcome from Andrea, the owner, whose exceptional hospitality continued throughout our stay. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. There’s a saying: 'The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.' This perfectly describes Andrea. Her attention to detail is evident in both the apartment and the surrounding property. It’s hard to pick out one thing that made our stay so enjoyable — it was the thoughtful combination of many little details. It's a beautiful place hosted by wonderful people. Villa Casa Mia is an exceptional place run by exceptional people. Highly recommended!

Villa Casa Mia is located approximately 400m from the sandy beach Sabunike. Nearby, there are mud baths, and for the more adventurous, the island of Vir is close by, offering many small hidden beaches ideal for snorkeling. A shop, bakery, and small bar are 150m away. In the villa's yard, there is a heated pool, a grill, sun loungers, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant summer stay. The apartment's facilities were sufficient even for a longer stay. Everything was very clean. Special thanks also go to Andrea, who was always willing to help. We will gladly return.

Spacious and comfortable place, ideal for familes. The owner Andrea was very kind and helpful, and even though we experienced two days without running water due to work in the willage, we had great time. Pool was heated, neighbrhood was peaceful and beaches was 10+min. walking distance. Over all amazing location for hollidays with small kids. :-)

Everything! Andrea was very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, swimming pool heated and kitchen well stocked. Perfect!

The owner of the place was exceptionally accomodating. We even received gifts! The place was very clean and tidy. The pool was warm and clean as well. If you want to enjoy a vacation with your family, small children, I cannot recommend the place enough.
