“Modern Comfort and Perfect Location in the center of Prishtina”

Our stay at Monochromatic Apartment was fantastic. The host was incredibly helpful, providing all the necessary instructions a few days before our arrival, including a video guide on finding the parking spot, so it was easy to drive straight from the airport. We also received useful tips and advice about the city, which greatly contributed to our visit. The apartment itself is fantastic — spacious, well-equipped, and located right in the centre of Prishtina. It has a small balcony, perfect for two people to relax in the evenings, with views of the new skyscrapers and even a glimpse of the mountains between them. The kitchen had everything we needed, allowing us to cook some local dishes with fresh local ingredients. One of the best parts was the underground parking spot, which was a huge advantage as parking in the city can be tricky. The location is brilliant, within walking distance to the heart of the city and most of Prishtina’s main attractions. There are also plenty of great places to eat just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, it’s pretty close to the highway exit, so you don’t need to navigate through city traffic when heading outside the city to other destinations, which makes travelling by car very convenient. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood, and given the location, price, underground parking, and the number of restaurants and shops nearby, I don’t think there’s a better place to stay in Prishtina. Thanks to the host for such a great stay! We’d be happy to return in the future!

Its location close to the city center is a great advantage. Having a parking lot is a big advantage. The owner of the apartment is caring and solution-oriented.

This apartment was everything I needed, close to the centre and with plenty shops around. A newly built neighbourhood with 2 very impressive hot spots dead opposite. You can enjoy your morning coffe at the bottom of your neighbouring tower at Bagolina who also serve amazing food BTW oooorrrrr if you fancy yourself a luxuruis evening, the Japanese restaurant and bar Noya is at the top floor of said building. You can see both from your balcony and your gonna wanna go. Highly recommend staying here. I am definitely coming back.

“Best apartment to stay in Pristina”

The place was clean and it had all the neccesities, the apartment itself was very comfortable and it was on a nice location in Pristina. I'd recommend it to every foreigner who's looking for a good place to stay. The owner was exceptionally nice and understanding.

The place was clean enough, but very gloomy. It had all the amenities needed for a short or even long-stay. Good location, close to public transport and centre. Very simple to check in the appartment via code. Owner was very pleasant and responsive to any questions.
