“After staying in over 2000 hotels, this one just entered my top 5!”

I have stayed in over 2000 hotels in my life. For work I have stayed in some amazing and luxurious hotels but when I travel alone, I prefer to stay in a locally owned hotel. The staff of this hotel is a family (brothers and sisters) and after 3 days I felt I was like their brother. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect. The location is very central which makes it easy to get to the main sights. Many people seem to be booking flats in Pristina but believe me, I prefer staying in a hotel in a country where I don't speak the language and where I like to get tips about things to see, local transport, places to eat etc. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Every time I walked in they asked me if I wanted something to drink. Amazing! Falaminderit!

One of the best and friendliest hotels in Pristina. The hotel is a family-run business. They are full of knowledge about the city & surrounding. The hotel is centrally located and comfortable. The lady is really generous and offered me coffee (s) upon arrival with a lot of information about the city. Besides, I was dropped off at the bus station free of charge when one of the members was available (including informative details for the next city that I was heading to).

“An absolute must stay in Prishtina!”

Whilst this was my first visit to Prishtina, I would never stay anywhere else for future visits. A family ran hotel, from the moment of arrival you are made to feel welcome, a home rather than a hotel. Free coffee, water, beer amongst other things are a greatly appreciated touch. Shortly after I booked, they reached out to me offering advice, tips on things to do/see whilst in the city. When I was there I was invited to join for dinner, and experience an authentic family dinner experience. The room was spotless, modern with everything you would need. If there was ever anything I needed it was taken care of immediately, nothing was too much trouble. The family truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home, as a solo traveller you often are left in your own company, that is absolutely not the case here. When leaving I felt I’d been there for months rather than 2 days, such was the connections you build with the family. Medina (I hope I’ve spelt this right!) and her family are wonderful people and I hope many more after me get to experience their warmth and kindness! Faleminderit!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with an excellent view, service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Honestly don't bother looking elsewhere it was absolutely a 5 star experience, felt like I was at home.

Probably the most hospitable atmosphere I have experienced in an accomodation booked via Booking. Extremely friendly and helpful staff serving also as tourist information - great for travellers who don't plan ahead. Advantages of Couchsurfing included while offfering privacy and comfort on top of that. Definitely recommendable!

Really friendly and welcoming staff, always offering to make us coffee or tea. Great location, easy to find on a main road close to the heart of Pristina and plenty of bars and restaurants. Decent sized room and bathroom for a couple of nights. Very new and in good condition.
