“Ideal for the family”

The location of the hotel came out of the center than we expected and we were very happy. 10 meters to the square. Although we were late, Mr. Alban supported us a lot. In particular, I would like to thank him for both his conversation and his help. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The apartment was very quiet. We were lucky for the parking lot, we found a place in front of it. Mr. Alban helped him. The staff is incredibly helpful. In the morning, 2 vehicles parked behind our vehicle and we couldn't get out. We asked the hotel for help and a solution was found within 10 minutes. We will come again.

The young receptionist was super nice and helpful. The terminal didn’t work, but we worked it out in the end. The room was really clean and nicely prepared, I loved the heated floor in the bathroom and automatic blinds in the bedroom. The location was right at the city center.

One of the most beautiful apartments we’ve stayed in Prishtina. It’s just a few steps away from the main square. Big and luxurious for a very reasonable price. The bed is huge and so is the bathtub. You can relax and watch tv from the bed or from the bathtub. The family running the apartment complex are professional and the kindest people we’ve met here. We can’t wait to be back!

The location can not be better. Right next to the main pedestrian zone, but still in a quiet surrounding. The service was outstanding, Arianid, the guy who worked at the reception desk demonstrated exceptional kindness and willingness to provide support in arranging taxi and answer all questions that would help a foreigner to enjoy his/her stay.

It was in the city center, everything was perfect, the room was clean and spacious and very good price ,the staff were all kind, polite and very helpful. Definitely will go back there.

“Perfect location and comfort on a budget”

We made a last-minute booking for a short stay (arriving in the middle of the night after an overnight bus). The hotel was easy to communicate with in the lead-up and there was a security guard onsite at 3am to let us in to our room. We were delighted to find an electric fireplace in there - so cosy. Check-out is later than other hotels, which we appreciated. Finally, the hotel is in the centre of Pristina so we were able to walk everywhere easily. We got a taxi from the bus station for 10 EUR (apparently more expensive at night), and the taxi to the airport cost us 15 EUR. The room itself was great value.
