“Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Some Areas Need Improvement”

The location is excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés, while still being quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and professional.

“Great hotel with superb breakfast”

Lovely hotel in the centre of Pristina. This hotel prides itself on being eco-friendly. Stayed here 2 nights in room 304. I rate this place for the quality breakfast - there is a small selection of cold food, crispy warm croissants, optional hot food like omelette/fried or scrambled eggs. The fruit juice did not have an artifical taste like other hotels give you. You can ask the staff to make you a hot drink should you want that. I love the bathroom and the comfort of the bed and pillows (one thin and one thick per person). In terms of booking taxis, the rates with the taxi service the hotel use are decent (they use E Taxi). We used taxis to get to the bus station and bear sanctuary (fixed rate of €15). The rate is not fixed within the city and the ride to the bus station was just over €3. The taxi driver was so kind - he made sure we got there without delay and even spoke to the policeman who had an altercation with a lady of the road to allow us to pass through to ensure we got there promptly. He really did not want to accept the tip but I insisted. Thank you to Aulona, Ervis and Lumi who made our stay so enjoyable. They are a friendly bunch, we had a good laugh and they make sure you are well taken care of.

“Don't wast your money”

On the day I checked in, WiFi was not working, air conditioning was not working and the TV was not working. WiFi was working after sometime. Apparently the WiFi was not working because the lines were down. Any hotel which cares for the comfort of its guests would have made sure everything is in working order. The person in charge didn't give me much hope that anything could be fixed on the day. I was told to wait for the manager in the morning and take it from there. I made up my mind to move to another hotel. Booking.com were very helpful and I checked into another hotel.

The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants and very near St. Theresa Square. The room was nice and spacious, and we especially loved the large bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at City Inn at the end of our trip by bike through Albania and Kosovo. But what really impressed us was the staff. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left the people worked to make our trip a good one. We had made an arrangement with a bike shop in Pristina to supply us with boxes to transport our bikes home but that arrangement didn't work out. The reception staff did everything they could to make alternative arrangements for us with very short notice and they were successful in getting us fixed up. We had particular requirements but I think our situation was typical of the way the staff work for their customers. The hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was good. The location is great for the city. But the service was exceptional!! Thanks for everything you did for us.

“A perfect place to stay in downtown Pristina”

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and breakfast was great. And the location couldn't be better with lots of restaurants and bars nearby on the main pedestrian street. Definitely recommended.
