Every detail from safety to first aid materials was thought carefully so it was a perfect and comfortable stay. We were welcomed kindly by the apartment owner, Asım. It is suitable for short or longer stay. Needless to say, it was so clean. We also liked the interior design. It is exactly the place we will prefer to stay again.

-Location: In the heart of the city, very close to Nene Teressa Cathedral, Fatih Mosque and also there are lots of coffees and restaurants nearby. And it was so quiet in the night so we could have a nice sleep -Comfortable beds -Kitchen staff and tea -Cleanless

“Remarkable and comfortable stay”
Enjoyed my stay here. On arrival I did not have Internet but managed to get a call out to the owner who came and found me and took me to the apartment. Very, very pleased with this apartment. No detail was left out. Highly recommend it for solo travellers, or couples and its smack in the middle of the city.

“Excellent place to stay in Pristina!”
I liked everything. The apartment is next to the city's pedestrian area and most of shops and bars. It is very modern and tidy and has all the necessary amenities you require, even for cooking. Very comfortable bed and tv in both bedroom and living room. The host was very nice and offered to guide us when we had trouble finding the place and also a free private parking spot was provided by him.

Very clean and nice apartment in a clean building! The host was very nice and very helpful, the parking was free of charge, behind the building with a nonstop guardian watching the parking lot!

It is hard to find a better location than Avenue Apartment, all main attractions is just few mins walk from the apartment and also it is right in front of the Swiss diamond Hotel, which is the most prestigious hotel in pristina

“The best apartment in Prishtina!”
The Avenue apartment is a perfect choice when staying in Pristina, even for more than couple of days. I felt like home - clean,cozy, warm, in a silent neighbourhood (although in the center of the city), equipped with everything you might need. Communication with Asim was perfect! I would recommend this apartment to everyone, its perfect also for a couples!
