“A wonderful place for our family (inc. from overseas) to spend their first night in Australia.”
Breakfast was outstanding. We arrived late and the only restaurant was closing soon. Lynne offered to fix us something for dinner, even though they only do breakfast. We were able to get a booking, but it was great to know that she was willing to go way out of her way to help us. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were very large, and the showers had plenty of pressure and hot water.

Our stay at Arabella Country House was really great. Our hosts were extremely nice and helpful. The view was gorgeous. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. The breakfast was lovely. The location is very convenient, directly at Great Ocean Road.

Elegant home with sweeping views. Our hosts Lynne and Niel made us very welcome. The guest loungeroom was exceptional. Beautiful watercolour paintings of the area adorned the walls, together with ornaments and decor befitting a grand manor house.

“really nice hosts”
Lynne and Neil are really nice hosts who remind me of my grandparents. They kept the whole Victoria style house tidy and elegant and served traditional homemade British breakfast which I regret not having more. Besides, though the house is a bit far away from towns or village center, it's super easy to get to the landscape view of South Pacific, it's about 10-15 mins driving distance to the Gipson's Steps.
