room dark Hallways too dark..very poor lighting carpet in hallway had ripples no breakfast included clear wall surrounding bathroom

Friendly staff that would have offered a free upgrade if I had asked earlier and hadn't already used my room resulting in a cleaning fee. I was fine to pay the cleaning fee for the upgrade.
