“Like coming home. We feel safe at the hotel on the hill :)”
Did not have breakfast this time. Room was clean, bed always comfortable.Front end staff were great and checkin was quick.We really enjoy staying at the BW in Prince George.

“it was an adequate hotel stay- the fancy coffee machine was the best part.”
The ambiance in the hotel was nice. The breakfast area was large. There were fancy coffee machines available in the lobby which was a nice surprise.

I had lost my wallet in the parking lot back entrance to building. Staff or affiliates of found wallet and returned it to front desk. I was especially appreciative because all of $800 cash was still in it. Thank you for your honesty. Your breakfast buffet is also excellent. Thank you

“for the most part it met our needs. the staff was amazing, accommodating and helpful.”
esthetically beautiful. There were discomforts with the beds, one was firmer than the other, both a bit uncomfortable. Hockey players were in and they were for a lack of better words "wild" it was loud and obnoxious. now that I know that they frequent this hotel for their hockey games, we will not stay there. We will seek an air bnb. The pool was great, however, not so great for my children. the slide was closed, and only open for 2 hours per day, which took the fun away from using it as there are other guests jockeying for a spot as well. Swimming pool GREAT, hot tub, had residue on the bottom. I would not use it.

“The facilities were great, but poorly managed.I probably won't stay there again”
There was a huge confusion between the online booking and booking the room at the actual hotel. I ended up getting charged twice at two different rates. And then when I asked for a refund, I was charged for the more expensive rate and only given back the amount for the cheaper rate. So I was feeling really disrespected about the inconvenience of me having to chase down the money that was owed to me and then being charged more for the price of the room. When there was a cheaper rate available
