“Not a relaxing stopover after a long hot drive; no soul!”
No attempt to make the surroundings more pleasant and welcoming. A lack of personal interest and passion in the product; it’s purely transactional.

The 2 bed unit we were in was not good at all. It was a horrible layout, dangerous stairs, bulbs not working, dark rooms. Toilet cubicle in the kitchen 🤷🏻♂️ Clean yes and friendly people but not good at all

“Great stop over to remember with friendly neighborhood.”
The property manager patiently waited for me even though I arrived very late! The hosts seemed very friendly over the phone, even though I didn't meet them. The location was perfect for my work and close to all amenities in the area. It's a perfect place for short stays for one person or a couple.

“Prince Albert we love you and Swartberg Cottages we had a good and safe stay.”
It was self catering, so no breakfast was served. The facilities was clean and the location was perfect and within walking distance of the centre of town. There was a lovely dog to greet us and to keep us save at night, However it did not feel unsafe at all.
