Beautiful well maintained buildings and garden with lovely trees and fruit orchards. Tracey and staff are attentive and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Attention to details does not go unnoticed. Breakfast is extraordinary.

We had a wonderful stay. We had booked two rooms - one ground floor and one upstairs, and they were large, with comfortable king size arrangements. The bathroom had an amazing shower as well as bathtub. The grounds and pool were lovely. Oh and the breakfast menu that had a twist was pure delight. We would love to return here again and stay at De Bergkant in Prince Albert for its charm, and for the various establishments taking the effort of retaining the historical features of when the town was established, and to attend a show at The Showroom. Lastly, Tracey who manages the property and her team were fantastic. We had great service and communication throughout our stay and kind assistance toward my parents (as I didn’t remember to ask about stairs in advance for my dad who is now near 80 - so a little lesson for me for next time).

Beautiful calm place to stay set in lovely tranquil gardens. Plenty of lovely features. Rooms generous with some lovely touches. The staff were so warm and welcoming from the welcome drink and refreshing towel on arrival to a bright and sunny welcome to the breakfast table. Breakfast was very special. Beautifully restored, decorated and maintained Cape Dutch property. Relaxing gardens and pools. Small spa with yoga studio and massage. Exceptional and different breakfast every day. Great cakes! Nothing too much trouble. Staff were friendly and helpful.
