It was the essence of the Karoo. Uncluttered, but nothing missing. Lovely unique woodwork, marvellous selection of books to read, efficient mosquito net and the outside braai and stoep were perfect.

We have used a number of different establishments for brief stays in Prince Albert in the past - this, by a long way, was the best and the kind of place we like to be. I loved the care and attention which has been given to the building, the decor and the furnishings to give the period feel. Will return with my wife for a longer stay. Comfortable, spacious, clean and well-appointed. Unit 1 is perfect for one or two guests.

This is exactly where you want to stay when visiting Prince Albert. It is quiet, comfortable and has a great view of the Swartberge and the beautiful sunsets. It is close to town but offers the privacy required. Great braai facilities and well equipped kitchen as well. Also a swimming pool when the sun comes out. We enjoyed our stay greatly.
