Overview
This 4-star hotel is beautifully located on Lake Chiemsee, 2.5 km from Prien am Chiemsee Train Station. It offers a modern spa area with an outdoor whirlpool and a rich breakfast buffet. Some of the country-style rooms at the Yachthotel Chiemsee GmbH offer wonderful views of the lake and the Chiemgau Alps. All rooms feature a 32-inch flat-screen TV with international channels and free high-speed Wi-Fi access. Guests can enjoy a range of Bavarian specialities as the hotel offers two restaurants : the restaurant BLU, a pure à la carte restaurant, opened from Wednesday to Sunday from 17-23 pm and the main restaurant Kitz& Gloria (Breakfast & Genusspension). Drinks are served at the bar and in the cosy lounge with fireplace. Visitors can relax in the spa, including an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin, Krax ovens ,a salt lounge, various spa treatments and a spacious hotel meadow with direct access to the lake. Beauty treatments can be booked here, and you can even listen to soothing music in the Asian-style relaxation room. The Yachthotel is an ideal base for swimming, sailing, hiking and cycling. 1 km away, the Prien/Stock Harbour offers boat trips to Herrenchiemsee and Frauenchiemsee Island.

Amazing hotel with a perfect lakeside location and beautiful views. The spa was relaxing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Excellent food and a wonderful overall experience. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful hotel, amazing location with a big garden, a little beach for swimming and lots of cosy sitting areas. Stunning views over the yachts and the lake. Very friendly staff, modern, clean and cosy room and sauna. Most amazing breakfast buffet with beautiful food and drinks, we enjoyed eating outside with garden and lake view. Everything was perfect!

“Beautiful hotel, ideal for relaxation and a bit of pampering.”
The Yachthotel provided us with a bit of luxury on our Interrrail trip through Europe. The setting on the lake shore was beautiful and the hotel had a relaxing ambience. The dinner and breakfast were excellent with a good choice.
