EVERYTHING!! The property we stayed in was beautiful, clean and everything you needed. The Court yard was beautiful and secure and we had pleasant afternoon sitting out there in the beautiful Italy Sunshine. The town was unique and full of the most amazing buildings and churches I have seen. The people were so kind and helpful as there was a slight language barrier but they did there best to help us. I will be returning next year and I will definitely be staying here.

Amazing place with amazing people. Believe it or not, the house is more than 400 years old. Feeling to be at such a place is incredible. Alberto is a very positive and nice person. He will provide you a guide with the most interesting places around Presicce. If you want to feel the real Puglia atmosphere and sleep in a house built in 1600 this is your place. Real Italian beauty.

“Best host best place!”
Alberto is the best host ever, he helped us a lot, we could call him for anything, anytime! We got a great list about the best palaces to visit for eat, drink or go to the beach. The apartman very nice, clean and located in the historical city center of Presicce. Anyway Presicce is a really good choice to visit the best beaches or villages in Salento! Free parking next to the apartman on the street. The value is much more better than the price! Highly reccomended! :)
