I always stay in this hotel when I am around Prerov, usually only one night. The dinner/food was really tasty, the room was quite big, clean and comfortable. It was 33-34 Celsius outside and the room became really hot, so a fan was available in the room (unfortunately there is no air conditioning).

The hotel charged €40 to use the air conditioning. 50% of the rate of the room. When I questioned the staff the person at reception was very rude and said “what do you expect! It’s summer!” When booking the room, it stated in that air conditioning would be an additional fee but it did not say how much. Every other hotel I have stayed at that charged an additional fee never charged more than €10. So surprise guest with a fee of €40 to not sleep in a 30+ degree room with no ventilation is disgraceful. Room was basic and dirty.

“It's an old 3 star hotel, not even close to 4 star”
Parking was spacious and free, breakfast was good. Check-in was fast. Room has enough space.

“Our favourite hotel in Prerov”
We love this hotel and always keep coming back even booking the same room most of the time. Staff is always lovely, food is great, pool is awesome and we love the breakfast choices.
