A spacious and clean apartment located in the courtyard, away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. But we spent most of our time on the beautiful large terrace. We had a covered parking space in the courtyard. We had no trouble parking four bikes. In the courtyard, you can wash your car and bikes after riding on the dusty roads of Prematura. There are clotheslines available, where the laundry dries quickly thanks to the pleasant breeze. The landlord and his wife were very nice and willing to advise or help with anything. We even received a few gifts, a very nice gesture!

“Perfect place for a quiet and carefree family staying”
Lovely place, beautiful backyard around the apartments, clean and tidy rooms and spaces. Easy parking within the property. perfect location, city center is within few minutes walk. The hosts are extremely kind, they are always reachable and helpful!!

Very kind hosts. They provided us with some cold drinks (beers, water, juice) ready in the fridge on the arrival. Private parking place in the yard -> no need to search for a parking spot in the crowded center of Premantura.

“Definitely nice stay”
The Appartment was very big and comfortable, nice beds and very clean. It was a historic building with an extreme spacious balcony and patio on a perfect location. Carparking was on private terrain and the hosts were very friendly. We learned a lot about the history of Premantura. It was like a small museum.

“Pretty much perfect”
Really friendly and helpful hosts, who even picked us up from the train station and gave us a lift to the airport. Genuine care for the guests, and real desire to help them have a good time. A nice flat with beautiful, antique furniture. Use of the bicycles was really handy, especially with the national park nearby, and saved us about a third of the cost of the flat in rental fees. Great for our 2-year-old, with lots of thoughtful things like toys, a cute bathrobe, and child toilet seat provided, as well as letting him play freely and talking to him (and he loved the dog and cats). Right next to the shops and restaurants but still really quiet. A couple of minutes' cycle to the national park.
