The property owner, Joško, was always available and helped us even with things not related to the house. The house itself was great: in a perfect location (close to beaches, supermarkets, and many restaurants) and had everything we needed (laundry room, air conditioning on both floors, a small grill, barbecue, big terrace with a garden, and more). I truly recommend staying here if you choose Preko for your vacation. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable!

We spent a wonderful week in this house and couldn't be happier with our stay! The house is very well equipped, spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The large terrace and balcony were perfect for relaxing in the morning and evening. The location is also great – in a quiet area, but still close to everything you might need, including shops and restaurants. The beach is just a short walk away, which was very convenient. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Communication was excellent from the beginning, and throughout our stay he asked us several times to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. We really appreciated his care and attention. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Croatia!
