- Ideally located - Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, there are sandy beaches in Preko which is great if you have small kids - 5 minutes on foot to Konzum (supermarket) - 5 minutes walking distance to several charming restaurants - Safe and secure environment - Clean - Fantastic terrace with sea view - Friendly owners - Modern interior - Comfortable beds - Two spacious bathrooms - Peaceful and quiet - Well-equipped kitchen - Uncrowded beaches nearby - Free parking available

Everything was great, the apartment was very clean and beautiful. The owners were very kind and the neighborhood was lovely, the beach and most of restaurants are close to the apartment.

“Perfect conditions”
The owners live in the same house and are extremely friendly and helpful for all questions. We felt like staying at a friends house. The apartment was just amazing, beautiful, spacious and furnished with care and taste. We had never stayed in a better place before and would love to go back.

“Warm, welcoming apartament”
Very welcoming and friendly owners, thank you Kata, Francois and Pablo! It felt like visiting family memebers. The owners offered us bread and home made cakes. The apartament had everything you could need, it was very close to the center and various beaches. Everything was new and in working condition, the apartament is set in a newly renovated villa with the owners living upstairs. However, they were very private and we never knew they were there. The area is very quiet, it felt like a family area.
