We stayed here as a family and had the best time. The apartment was absolutely beautiful — spacious, stylish, and spotlessly clean. Everything felt so well taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a great coffee machine and a proper oven, which made cooking super easy and enjoyable. The location was amazing — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, with shops, restaurants, and a market all close by. It made everything super convenient, especially with kids. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. You can really feel the care and effort they put into making guests feel at home. “Very lovely”

- Location, small walk away from our favourite beach on the island and walking distance to restaurants - Outdoor facilities, large BBQ, small pool good for a dip, outdoor shower and a nice spot to sit. Facilities were shared but we rarely had to share them - Kitchen well stocked, dishwasher and washing machine - 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with nice showers. Beds were comfy with lots of pillows

We had a great stay. Everything was really nice and Gordana was super helpful.

The view, the location, the facilities, the hosts were all wonderful. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water. We stayed in the deluxe apartment and it did not dissapoint. Bring good walking shoes as there are plenty of nice places to walk to. It's the first time we have been reluctant to go home from holiday. Thank you to our hosts for making our holiday home perfect.

We stayed here as a group of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and spotless — everything felt super comfortable and well thought out. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a great coffee machine (multiple coffee machines) and oven, and we especially loved the outdoor stone grill — perfect for evening BBQs by the pool. We had everything for the appliances provided in the apartment which is not a standard practice and is very welcome! The location was ideal, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. Having a pool on-site was such a bonus — we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying the space. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always available if we needed anything and full of great local tips. You can really feel the effort they put into making the stay special.

I stayed here with a group of friends, and we had an amazing time. The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect. The apartment was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was really well-equipped, which made cooking together fun and easy. The beds were super cozy, and the whole place had a warm, homey vibe. The host was absolutely lovely — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. You could really feel they cared about making our stay great, and that personal touch made all the difference. Would 100% come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside trip with a great atmosphere and even better hospitality!

“Great place in a great location, with a great host.”

The property was in a quiet location, a short step to the sea and a lovely clean swimming beach. We were on the ground floor so there were only glimpses of the sea through trees from the balcony. However, the roof terrace had fabulous views and we had it mostly to ourselves. Inside was spacious and really well kitted out. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice pizza/bar and grocery shop a five minute walk away, and the blue badged Jaz beach was an easy 10 minutes walk. We also were given a lift back to the ferry at the end of our stay by our friendly host.

“Amazing apartment for family visit”

The apartment had everything we could need - the hosts had thought of everything we would use for eating, laundry etc. It was very modern & had 2 showers & 3 toilets which was great for 6 of us. The air-conditioning & small pool were great for the hot July weather. The location was excellent - less than 5 minute walk to Preko or right at Poljana.

Very nice and spotlessly clean, well equipped, excellent location with beach just round the corner. Thank you very much for lovely holiday.

Property is clean and cosy , everything well thought-out. We had spent lovely time at outside place where bbq and swimming pool ,all set up and ready to use. Roof panoramic view is amazing. Good location and kids friendly. Perfect place for families.

“Beautiful apartment with astonishing view, we just couldn't leave the beautiful balcony!”

The apartment is clean, has a lot of space, two bathrooms (which is perfect when you travel with teens), all windows have a stunning view. For the first time the place had everything that we needed for cooking (like I was at home, no restrictions whatsoever), there were even all supplies like detergents, soap, cleaning material. The quality of all appliances is high. 7 days just were not enough for this stay! We were so sorry that we had to go (if the apartment would be free, we would extend our stay). Owners were polite and available, but kept their discretion which is great for us introverts. The location is perfect: close to the sea and close to the store. Running and cycling is also great because of the light traffic. All together a great stay.

“Wonderful vacation”

The warm welcome of our hosts even when we arrived very late. They were the best and if we had a question they responded immediately.The apartment has everything you need and is well maintained. We fell in love with the location. The sea is basically in your frontyard. The shared garden with the little pool, sunbeds, bbq and wooden roof shade is a great bonus. We enjoyed it very much and it felt like an extension of our apartment. I must admit that this joy also depends on the other guests.

It was by far the best holiday apartment I have stayed in. The hosts had thought of everything you could possibly need and were discreet but nearby If needed. We were on the second floor and the sea views were amazing.

Beatiful village ( 20 mins by ferry from Zadar, it runs up to around 23.00 ), Great location ,1 minute walk to the private beach, 5 mins walk to the restaurants and other beaches,convince shop, 10 minutes to the supermarket ( shops closing early around 21 00, make sure you have got your provisionvery) quite family friendly place, owners are great, very friendly and helpful,helps you with transfer if you need it, not in your face, great people❤ no mosquitos , plus owners supply misquitis tablets, washing mashine, coffee mashine, conditioner, dishwasher
