“What a lovely place”
The position and the views were amazing, right on the seafront two minutes to the nearest restaurant. The property was spacious, though not so modern. Maria the owner was lovely and helpful (watch her drinks they are deadly) Loved Preko just a great relaxing place swimming in the sea several times a day was great. Spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the view but there's also a good relaxing area with a couple of sun beds at the rear.

The Ground floor apartment where we stayed at is great for family with small children. It has a great terrace with enough sunshades, just on the sandy beach. Kids can just come and go to the apartment and beach. Ther is also very nice restaurant with nice sunshades very close by. Great host as well, very helpful and friendly.

“A perfect relaxing stay”
Location is perfect, a few paces from Jaz beach. Penthouse apartment very spacious, clean and well equipped. Nice big towels. Great balcony with amazing view. Good AC. Maria delightful and helpful. Great communication. Easy walk from ferry. Quiet but close to cafes, restaurants etc. Perfect for us

Villa Eden is right on the beach. Top location! Mariya was wonderful and sweet! The place was very clean, with beautiful view and with a garden with a lot of flowers. Real beauty! It was very calm and nice. Spacious and cozy!

“A perfect base for a simple relaxing holiday”
The location was great, couldn’t be closer to the beach - be aware the sandy beach is tiny & given over to families with small children - but the promenade and free sun beds are great and once in the water there is a sandy sea floor, unusual for Croatia. The apartment is spacious, lovely sea view (if the huge conifer wasn’t there, the view would be stunning!). Marija our host couldn’t not have been more caring or helpful. It’s a 20 minute walk along the sea front from the ferry, pleasant enough even wheeling a couple of suitcases. Good choice of restaurants in the area.

“Great family holiday in a quiet place.”
Beautiful place right by the sea, right next to a sandy beach. The apartments are spacious and modern, everything is fully equipped and very clean. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Amazing views of the sea and Zadar. Great hosts. Everything was exactly as described in the offer and even better. We spent a wonderful family holiday here. Highly recommended :)
