“Cozy Apartment”

We really enjoyed our stay at apartment Emma. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a stunning view, spacious rooms with an authentic atmosphere, and a historic building full of character. Many thanks to Ivo and his sister for their hospitality and help with everything. We’d love to come back again!

“Amazing apartment,amazing location,amazing little town”

The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy with lots of beautiful tasteful old furniture. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and lots of mod cons. Polished floorboards in the main room and a fantastic veranda perfect for watching the world go by whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Bathroom/shower was beautiful and well stocked.

Localisation is perfect, close to ferry (10min walk by the sea) shops, cafes, beautiful view, balcony sunny in the morning till around 12 . Even if it's above restaurant I felt like I'm invisible which was great, although it may be too loud for someone who is looking for total peace. But the recompensation for it was stunning view. Apartment itself is spacies and has everything one may need. Really. The great thing was coffee available in the apartment and bottle of water and orange juice in the fridge which was a nice surprise. Very comfortable big bed. The decoration, the style of the place was what I like. I enjoyed the old future of the apartment. Also lovely garden area next to the building and nice music while bar was open. And the most important - very nice people around! Thank you!

“Gorgeous cosy flat”

The host was really kind and accommodating, I felt right at home. I was really taken with the beautiful design: you're surrounded by art whilst feeling cosy. The bed is extremely comfortable, the view from the living room and balcony is beautiful.

Perfect location in the heart of Preko and with a beautiful view over the marina from the little terrace on top of a nice restaurant. The style of the apartment was very nice and well done and made you feel at home. Super comfortable bed. Would definitely try to book again in case I would go back.

“Lovely apartment with great view of the marina”

The location is lovely right on the marina and walking distance to many lovely restuarants and a couple of supermarkets. The view is lovely from the big balcony. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. Ivo, the host, communicated promptly and was so lovely when we met him.

“Great island and a great apartment with awesome hosts :)”

The apartment is located almost at the core of Preko. Very central, super close to all the food places, markets and beaches. The apartment had pretty much everything you need to live there and relax and feel comfortable. Great hosts very friendly and easy checkout. Hosts replied very quick too if we had questions :).

“A beautiful apartment in the middle of Preko”

It was just like in the pictures. Air-con worked really well, everything was really clean. They had mixed modern (kitchen, bahroom and bedroom) and vintage (living room) which was beautiful. We could check-in already at noon eventhough we had a plan to go swimming till 15 pm when the actual check-in time is. They had left us orangejuice and coffee+milk in the fridge. All the restaurants, markets, souvenier shops and place to go swimming are 50-100 m away.

“Beautiful elegant apartment”

This is a fabulous and beautifully appointed apartment. I especially liked the design of the kitchen, having a coffee machine, and of course the great balcony. Bedroom is also beautiful and bed comfier than mine at home - and I am fussy about beds. Ivo is really nice and the property has a very interesting history. Right in the centre of Preko, a minute from the supermarket and restaurants.

I felt really at home here, the apartment is furnitured and decorated with great taste and was spotless clean.
